- Single door, can accommodate up to 34 sheet pans.
- Pans are rented separately
- Fixed shelves are 1 1/2" apart.
- Heat adjustable up to 160 degrees. Could take up to 30 mins to warm up.
- Be sure heating element is submerged with water before turning on.
- **Food must be kept at 140+ degrees at all times. Food must be cooked to at least 165 degrees initially. (Oregon Dept Food/Health)
- To trouble shoot: If unit is not heating up, make sure that plastic bag has been removed from heating element inside the hotbox. Turn both knobs to the right and shut the door. Unit should automatically heat to 140.
